Jiayo Logo Competition - Win a T-shirt!

Team Jiayo needs a new logo, and we want your help! :D

With that in mind, we have decided to hold a competition to see who can come up with the best design. The winner will get a free Jiayo T-shirt featuring their design.

The competition is open to anyone, and the closing date is one week (2nd of May).

Have fun! :D

--Note: It would also be helpful--but not necessary--to us if you could provide a second version of your design in vector format (.eps) with no more than 3 colours (no gradients).

The litteral meaning of Jiayo is add oil... It's chanted in wushu competitions, it means keep going don't give up ect ect. It's pronounced J-eye-oh. The team consists of Me, JiayoJames, GravityJay and Andyd11.

The begining...
There were two teams in the southcoast about 1.5 years ago. Team SST, this was me, Vince, Spencer and Akbar. There was also Team Jiayo, this was JiayoJames, Fusion and a few wushu people i didn't really know...
Any way, we used to train at the same gym (deanery) for a fair time, and one evening we decided we would have a battle and it was agreed at the end of this battle we would merge together. Well we merged and gradually the wushu people left / got removed and the team stood as Me, JiayoJames, Vince, Fusion and Akabar. We stayed a team for a fair while untill Vince got into drugs and quite tricking :eh:. At around this same point Akbar went to train to be a suicide bomber or something. Therefore it was just me James and Fusion left, we then invited Jay into Jiayo and he accepted, oh yeah Fusion quit tricking aswell, for girls and booze or something. Well then we invited Andyd11 into the team as we noticed his fast improvement. And here we are now.

VECTORIZED! Completely scalable. Stripes are a separate path from the J outline so colors can be customized.

It'd be cool if you could let us know what kind of motif you're going for. This one is sort of circus. Maybe you want something funny? hardcore? dark? light?

Maybe watching some Jiayo samplers would help.

This is just an idea, but They "Y" in Jiayo kinda looks like an Au Batido, so Team Jiayo could be written with a Au Batido sillhouette as a sub for the "Y"

Yeah...I wanted to do a lot more, but I'm in class and I made it while taking notes, it took like...30 seconds haha. I just picked a random font and did a few blur effects with some layering...
