first time i landed some backflips. a lot of them i landed on my knees. at first i was like landing on my head lol i wasnt committing. then i just tucked and learned how to do it right with tucking and landed either on my knees or on my feet and fell back. i landed about 3 perfectly, and a lot on my knees and a lot i fell back. should i try with a spotter now to get one on flat ground?

Try with a spotter on something soft, or work on trampoline more until you cna land them up straight with good technique

Get a spotter and do them on the ground. Tramp skills don't necessarily translate well to the ground. But points for putting in the effort.

should i have him help me flip and have 1 hand on my back for it and just do it on grass?

You should try it off a cliff lol

lol sounds good i think ill be able to do the flip before the bottom but might not land very pleasantly.

I hand on your back, one on the underside of your thigh to.

Try on grass or even better sand or something like that
