((just a few thoughts on inverting sideswipes))
2 possibilities/extremities:
- you dip low on the setup, bending forward at the waist. upon take off, your head is below your hips almost immediately. this almost always results in extreme inversion. the ground is visible throughout the move.
- you leave the floor as upright as possible with little to no bending of the waist; the inversion occurring much later on in the move. the ground will not be visible until inversion occurs.
so the question is, do you crease at the waist on the setup to invert your sideswipes? how important is maximal inversion? (given that all sideswipes are "inverted") what do you look for when you see a sideswipe executed?
what are your thoughts?
