i've never really lifted a day in my life nor have i worked out besides tricking and other sports
anyway i work at a gym and teach little kids gymnastics
at the end of each class i make them work out.. and recently it's occured to me that i should begin to work out with them
so doing a decent amount of push-ups,crunches,leg lifts and sit-ups every other day then tricking 2+ days a week..
what kind of results will i see in my tricking? if any at all
what are some other workout i can make these kids do without lifting weights i was thinking squats..
help please i don't wanna be considered a ''scrawny tricker''

:smile: Why 'natural'?
Because that's the name. :ogre:

It denotes the absence of the specially-designed bench and the use of "natural" implements, e.g. someone holding your ankles or wedging your feet underneath something.

Depends on your current physical condition. It won't be a drastic difference.

Don't expect much muscle gain seeing as how they are all Isometric exercises, but definitely see toning I'm sure and become stronger.

!= isometric exercises.

You need to relearn your terminology.

Was just about to say that. In case anyone is interested,

Isometric = Of or involving muscular contraction against resistance in which the length of the muscle remains the same.
eg. Static holds like an L-seat.

The other side of the coin would be isotonic exercises, e.g. ones with an eccentric or concentric muscle contraction, which is the category the above listed exercises fall into (with the obvious exception of holding a handstand against a wall).

Lets now address your use of the word 'tone'...
