so i have this problem, when im tricking inside on plyo floor i can do flips and a b-twist prety decent...but when i trick outside im no where near landing these moves, dont know, i feel is if the shoes and the pants i trick with outside give that extra weight whereas indoors i trick with shorts and no shoes at all...is this a mental thing or the extra weight? btw i still suck at tricking:smile:

Shoes do add a bit of extra weight, but the main reason it's easier for you to trick inside is it's on plyo floor, which gives you extra height.

If you take off your shoes it'll probably feel about the same. Plyo doesn't help THAT much. It's more forgiving though if your technique is bad.

kk, well, if i train with heavy clothes and shoes on, and then go bare foot and with light clothes on to trick after a while, will this benefit my tricking?

you probably will not notice a difference unless your wearing like 7 pounds + of clothing, also plyo does give a lil bounce, and your probably just a lil more comfortable on plyo.

7 pounds? thats like 3kilograms, so ad shoes, a sweater and a hat and you have your 7 pounds, + i go outdoors with some heavy pants, comopared to my other ones :smile:

exactly, unless your wearing shoes all the time, it will throw you off. plus i doubt your gym allows you to wear your shoes on plyo...
