Ive messed up one of them i dunno which one yet im going for an MRI this week to get it checked out, i may have to have surgery.
i just wanted to know has anyone had this problem and if so have you recovered/fully?
And other info you have on it would be helpful, Im scared man i love tricking to much to just stop.....

This may be the wrong Section but its the only one i think relates to it...

Umm it fuckin sucks dude. I've had my acl and both menisci torn in my left knee and my acl partially torn in my right knee. It took my a while to get back after i had surgery on the left knee. I would say about a year or so and I was fully recovered. my right knee i recovered like 5 months or so if not less. I got back into tricking without any problems tho so it's all good.

I'm kinda out again tho bc I screwed up my knee again do to a car accident. But im still waiting to see what I did to it.

Just out of curiosity tho; are you able to walk on that leg that may have the torn ligament?

~Ermmmm Yes and No....
I cnt fully extend my leg if i try it just fucking killlssssss (its stuck between a 100-150 degree motion no further no less)
but i can walk around crouched lol
im glad to hear its something u can recover from though...
too bad about the car crash bro get better...

Yea the car crash thing blows to no avail dude.
If you're able to walk on ur leg without any support from crutches from the beginning then it's not an acl tear. you can tell if it's an acl tear if it just gives out on you as soon as you stand up or not.

no man, not necessarily I had my acl and meniscus torn and I could walk fine. ACL is there to keep the joint stable from moving in certain directions just like pcl and mcl. You tear an acl you can walk even run and stuff if your careful a lil bit after its torn as long as you dont come off a curb weird or something like that. when mine was torn i could still do very basic tricks prolly a month or a lil more after i did it if i landed with my knees bent like at a 90 degree angle. This makes it so the ligament is less likely to move. The fact that its hard for you to straighten it prolly means you have a meniscus tear, which usually comes with the acl tear. Meniscus is cartilage in between the joint which makes it distribute weight better and keeps the bones from grinding on each other. Fix that quick if its meniscus cause it could lead to early arthritis. I had the surgery for acl and im fine. Many big names had it like steve terada and many others and probably most NFL players.

ok Thanks Deathsquad, But this morning i put ice on it for like 20-30 mins and then while it was numb i tried to straighten it....and i did.
After the numbness went i could walk fine and bend my leg i just cant bend it more then 90 degrees. but it does still feal weak and slighty unstable, im still gonna go for a check up...
but i dnt think its as bad as i thought.
