My biceps genetically lack any peak whatsoever, so I tend to have to slave for every inch I can get onto them, knowing that one day they will be impressive once they are simply massive enough. I look up to someone like Sergio Olivia for example, who also wasn't blessed with any bicep peaks but took his arms to a whole new level during his time and it actually became what The Myth is now famous for! What seemed like a curse in the beginning was made into his greatest asset.

Mine are about 15.5 and I consider them ok, then again I'm 5'8 and im guessing you're more like 6' so to each his own.

The oil is broken down (FYI roids are also delivered in oily solutions), but it's supposed to stretch the fascia so the effect may last longer...
