YO
i will try a spotted backflip tomorrow, but i have somthing on my mind

lets start by saying that i have almost no fear of trying backflip EVEN WITHOUT A SPOTTER
i tryed back flip once, but i ended up on my neck, it means that i cant rotate
i wasnt looking back on my attempt, but i am thinking of doing so
i know i am suppose to stay the samllest i can, but dont you allways say that where even your head goes the body follows?

so what should i go to get more rotaion?

BTW, i cant BHS, allso will try tomorrow

From what ive read about backflips you should bring your knees to your chest and that will make you rotate. Bring your knees to your chest faster to rotate faster. On the flipside landing on your head don't always mean lack of rotation, not stalling enough could be an issue.

Yeah with the back tuck the last thing you want to do is look back man. It will make you travel pretty effin far and you really don't want that. Something that will help you out is by jumping straight up and at the peak of your jump clap your hands together over your head. This will help you gain a little air sense for the back tuck.

Pretty much what you want is to begin the tuck at the peak for maximum height in it. Also when doing the bt throw your arms up when you jump bc it'll give your more height and it's pretty much bring knees to chest after that. You can grab onto your knees/thighs to bring you over faster as well.
