no matter how you take off (standing, roundoff, btwist, etc) it's a gymnastics side sumi, which is an arabian side salto. so, simply, it's a backflip, but you quarter turn before you actually flip, so the flipping motion is sideways despite the backwards start. out of a roundoff i do it arabian style and ride it up from the quarter turn and then initiate my flip. from standing i think of doing an aerial off two feet from a back flip start, seems to work fairly well for me anyways. hope that helped.
