Keep your chin up as you dip.
Angle your body in the direction you're going to be going, not off to the side.
Pump your chest to the sky as you jump into it.

When you take off, you want you chest to be vertical as opposed to being dipped forward.
Also to swingthrough, work on getting it so that you land with your head/chest up.
