your setup is good and your jumping straight up.
i think the reason your landing so low is your tuck is pretty loose. You really need a nice explosive tuck for this move to work well. Also, try to pull your legs more over your head rather than just to your chest - that might help you spin faster as well.
keep practicing itll come

well...for one thing you look to be going forwards:S Umm, it looks like your tucking a bit early too.
tuck tighter! grab those legs like you want to take it up the butt and untuck when you want out!!
mainly just a matter of tuck harder

You don't seem to be jumping much.
Your setup is out of sync (your arms reach the top before you really start the jump). You need to do them simultaneously for maximum power.
Your tuck seems fine actually.
Mostly it seems to just be timing, which you'll get by doing it more, and feeling it out.
Damn yo I wish I had a sick backflip like bananamufu.

Thats actually not bad at all.
Keep drilling it and you'll get more comfortable with it and then you'll start sticking the landings

I don't think there's anything wrong with your tuck, but you are moving forward. Don't throw your hips to the top left hand side of the screen (when watching from the side). They should be going right up, or even towards top right of the screen a little bit.

His tuck is not the problem, it's the timing. Hell, he tucks more than me, yet I can still backtuck just fine.
Tuck tighter eh? Honestly how do I do that? I know that may seem like a dumb question... but when I tuck I just grab my knees, bring them close to my chest and lean back, what could I do to try to tighten my tuck? Pull my knees in closer, should they be touching my chest or something?
Any other tips for timing that I should be aware of as well? Normally I just jump in the air, wait a second and then tuck, but I bet I could do better than that. I'll go do some more tomorrow and try some stuff out and post it here.

It's not really your tuck. Your arms reach it's peak before you barely even begin jumping.
Your arms are the key to getting more air, but you're not utilizing them to their fullest potential.
