Every tricker at the gym I go to say that my BTwist set-up is bad.
But I honestly don't know what's wrong with my set-up....
Can somebody help me out here!? Is it cause my left leg swings out too high and bent before I twist?
And my 4th or so attempt at Gainer....

Your btwist setup isn't bad, but you could get more power in it.

In your Gainer you could swing your leg up more powerfully. Also reach up with your arms to get more height. Start tucking when you reach your maximum height.

In your Gainer
why did you highlight the word gainer?

Yeah, I'm still kinda scared of Gainers. Slowly beating the fear though .

hey man, like they said your could use more power in the setups. you body position in the initiation of the twist is pretty good, imo. c7twist and doubletwist the spin wasn't half bad. but I would say don't worry bout either was them until your btwist is where YOU want it. land it.on ground.get it consistent, then move on.
- can you back tuck ? it doesn't really look like it for the gainer. At best you woulda landed on your knees, then face with that attempt.
let me know if that helped

but he did it wrong .:Gainer:.
however you highlight it, he's right, you do have more to be desired of that gainer. Just aim the knee up instead of immediately behind you to set higher. And use your arms, they'll help you a lot

Thanks for the tips guys. I filmed a few more attempts after reading them, and I tried to move my cheat720 Twist and Gainer onto the floor....and here are the results.

Not bad.
Your btwists: you don't go back up after the dip, you get the height you should have on a single twist, when attempting the double. My advice is stop practising it down the pit, cause you just throw yourself down there, without really getting any height. Hope that made sense.
Gainers and ch720twists look okay for now. Maybe get a bit more rotation on the gainer, that's all.
