Gainer Switch...

few days ago i started practise on this move but this move is super hard and i always crashing how can i land my other leg? is impossible$#@ Damn..
can anybody has tips for me?

apparantly you cannot do the switch so well, but i have a tip for when u can switch but cant s/t!

keep doing the gainer rotation ;)

I can't gainer switch but wouldn't practicing landing on both legs help?
then once you can do that easy let the normal landing leg stall itself a bit before you land.

probably easier said than done.

i can land on both legs in gainer

To get a gainer switch you, obviously need a solid gainer first. Get it high and consistant, when you're at the top push your hips through and switch legs.
