You're most likely treating it like a flip. Don't do it. Remember it's a 360cr with both legs performing a kick. Get a solid 360cr, then get a feilong, might also want to learn a prafuso, then go for a dleg. Also a vid says more than thousand words, so provide a clip if possible.

i love how i said to do a double leg like a kick years ago and nobody listened, then sessh said it and everyones like "WOW ITS TEH KICK!"

dleg = 360 cresc with legs together. Get a real solid 360 then just stick the legs together :good: simple as that my friend!

you have d-leg tutorial?
can you give me a ling or somthing?

i am just working on d-leg myself, so i also want to ask somthing
if i use that step in setup, i am not with my back to my target, im with my side (like the one scalco uses in his pop 360 tut)
i should do my d-leg from the same setup or change it for d-leg?

After I read that somewhere I learned them in one day:good:;
I did some 360's, then some hyper 360's, then some feilongs and then I tried to doubleleg and landed them haha

Maybe it's an idea to build it up like I did in your next training session, it worked for me!:smile:

heh my prob with my d-leg is i get no height, but the way i got mine(when i had it) is get something/someone to roll over sideways, with ur legs together like a d-leg... then u eventually just jump over them and u got it.... but dont lose it heh

I think it's a matter of preference, if you want to change it, change it, if not, don't. I think the side one is more correct though :eh:

im having similar problems with my dleg, it turns into a sort of flip instead of a kick but i think its because im not spotting my target as i torque over

Your a genius im going to write that down.. lol im serious i had a think of what you just said and it makes so much sense lol.. i always treated it as somesort of side flip with you legs stright..
