D-leg height problem

ok i used to have a pretty high d-leg and could do em outta one step, but now whenever i try one i get no air at all (unless i jump over something/someone) anyone got any tips for me to get height back to my d-leg?

drill 360cr and get the kick over head height. Also provide a video.

kk ill get a vid, i have REALLY GOOD 360cr, i can easily get head height and same with my feilong, but ill try to post a vid of my d-legs this week with my cork... :)
