Hi this is my cork attempt i have no idea how to improve it.

use the thread to just talk about how people got their corks
I'll go ahead and not talk about how I got my cork and try to give you some advice on landing yours instead.
First of all, you spin before leaving the ground, that's a no-no. Jump first, spin second. Not throwing your head back might help with that btw.

that is exacly the way i use to throw from the spin step haha.
use both legs to pull you up, and use the strengh of your leg(kick really hard up).

In my personal opinion, you need to "perfect" your fulltwists and your slant gainer flashes before moving on to corkscrews.
That's how I got mine down.

i think you need just a little more energy in your setup and wait a split second to twist.
here is my first ones landed on grass.

one thing is you need to have no contact with the floor between your penultimate step and your take off.
another is to throw both your arms up, instead of just throwing them straight into a your twist.
