How do I improve my front hand spring it looks exactly like the one in this video. When I do it continuously it come out like that. I want to do it like this. so smoothly at 1:05 except its a front hand spring im doing not back.

when you bring your legs up you can do it on leg at a time but by the time your completely vertical your legs should be together, its the push off with your arms that gets you around

in otherwords, stop going over one leg at a time

i forgot to mention that its a front hand SPRING not a back bend thing so get those legs together and PUSH!!!

front hand springs are kinda useless since you can run straight in and block into front flip based moves where as you can't in backflip based moves.

and I think doing front hand springs that smoothly is gonna be fuck off hard.

Hi there,

Right I want you to try this. It isntantly got me a front hand spring. Instead of running and just placing your hands down, really try to streatch them far ahead of you so from your hurdle till you end up on you hands up side down try and remain in a straight line from fingers to toes. Don't dive, just strive to place them a fair bit ahead of you with your arms right back. This is the strongest position. Basically a sort of handstand.
