What exactly is a popswipe, I'm slightly confused. Is it just a sideswipe with a pop take off?

I'm just wondering how people do em like a weird flashkick it looks awesome

I dunno to be honest because i've heard about it being a slanted flashkick and i've also heard about a swiped double leg type thing being a pop swipe also.

its a sideswipe off both feet, its very hard to make them look good and not like a shit flashkick.
