just got these jacks yesterday....f'n SOBs took so long to get..but its well worth it. any tips for any of the moves would also be kindly appreciated haha.

i loved the vid! now for some advice on your btwist..

what u're doing with ur arms is all good just make more use of your dip by swinging it over to the left side of your body so that ull have more time to dip(that is what a lot of people have problems with) and youll make it setup for swingtrough and dont forget to bring your right leg up up! up!
