I think Jax is about 2hrs from Ocala. My gf goes to school at UF which is about 1.5hrs from the Jax airport.

sorry for waiting so long to update this but as i said i dont have internet and it was actually looking like i was going to have to cancel it. my mom saved the day saying that we can use her house to have everyone over.
