I just wondered if my extreme lack of muscle in both my legs arms and back have any effect on my ability to jump or just doing tricks in genneral..??
and how should I train them up then, should I just start tricking, and they will come, or should I start by just doing some exercises to get muscle were I lack them??
Do anyone have any ideas??

well yes lack of leg muscle will effect your jumping. but if u wanna be good at jumping, jump! lol and if u wanna do standing back layouts youll need back muscle to wip yourself over... u could do pull ups to build back muscle

Il try to jump more often, and I really suck at pull upps so I guess it can only go one way!

Don't worry about it. Some of the best trickers are skinny as shit.
edit: also, lmfao at skilzats new sticky.
I agree with the above post. Don't worry about it. If you're skinny as you say you are, you'll develop some muscle in your legs soon enough if you trick enough.

just train constantly. i jump high and i only got that from just training tricks. i just constantly trained to be better and stronger with my kicks and eventually the hight comes as long as u keep pushing urself.

Muscle mass isn't important for jumping. What's really important is how fast your legs can exert their maximum force for jumping, and the fast twitch muscle fibres in your calves. Do some searching around the forums or google about "plyometrics", "explosive strength", or general strength training.

I recently started weight training with a focus on the legs to get my legs stronger and my vertical higher along with tricking. If you want you, do some weight lifting too. Squat is greatness!

I've never lifted or really conditioned properly at all and I'd say I have reasonable hops.
I am naturally reasonably well built though (as far as skinny bastards go =D)
Try jumping as high as you can and see if you can touch your chest with your knees and land smoothly. If you can you have good height, if you cant you SUCK.
You suck for being an Eigo fan haha.
