Hip injury

i just can't catch a brake.. 1st my shoulder then my ankle now my hip..it hurts to walk or lift my knees up or backward i kno i didn't brake it but i feel as if i pulled my hip during my cart full crash.. anyone have any recovery routines for your hips so i can heal faster?

the pains actually already decreased a lot i think it'll go away on its own

Siphin it sounds exactly what I have yes it will go away but take it easy mine went for a month I crashed a few moves and it's come back worse then it was before....

jammed it reaching for the ground on a cork

i reached for the ground and landed on my palm and my arm stayed straight and all my body weight came down on it.. and my shoulder like popped up into my face and it still hurts from time to time..
