i figured it was time to learn a flipping type move but i want to know which one to learn first like which is harder, and whats more beneficial long or short term

I only have raiz at the moment, but I guess the TD Raiz will teach you to become more inverted in your raiz, so I guess they help each other :good:

Raizes are easy to do, but really hard to do good and inverted IMO.

Yeah, if you're talking about the difference between the normal raiz and the "aerial" raiz I can see what you mean :tongue:

I'll respond to what the topic is asking.

Learn both. That way in the future, when you have a hardcore session, you start off with a normal raiz and then when you're super tired or just lazy you just use a td raiz. Trust me...
