lol i taught robbie androzzi to cheat 10 tonight...its not on that level yet but damn...it easily can be in like 2 weeks.


now question....when u spin and jump....if u dont wrap say til the 45 degree mark....is it over cheating. like if u turn and jump at ur front but wait to wrap and spin..is it considered cheating? cuz i dont immediatly wrap when i jump.

-mike m has the best c-10 to combo with

-sammy v has the fasted cheat 10

-ott has the most extension and flexibility

-nick has a damn fast one too

its like comparing a trickster with a martial artist. The kick is so different aswell as the technique. You cant compare them. They both excels on their own way.

Yes it's different, but you can compare. it's the same kick.... a kick sould be a kick, and not just a leg dropped out ( ott has a real good ch. 1080, I don't wanna say he's bad or something)

You also have to remember that tricking isn't meant to be effective in combat. It is meant to be aesthetically pleasing (look pretty). I like Ott's because I like high kicks in cheat kicks. It really doesn't matter to me whether or not he could hurt someone with it because I'm pretty sure that c10 isn't the first move thats going to pop into Ott's head in a dark alley.

Thats true, and I like the fast powerful kicks as well. I'm just saying that the ability to break a board with your c10 is irrelevant to how "good" it is because "good" in the tricking world is entirely subjective. I don't have very much martial arts background (sadly), so I have come to prefer high kicks over fast kicks (though both have their time and place. Like I said, that Sammy V c10 was ungodly).

of course I remember this, and that's not the only the reason I like this variation more.
It's the thing about the martial arts background and the roots and sense of kicking. In my opinion a kick should look like it's effective. A good spinning hook looks better than a good spin- crescent kick ( in my opinion). So a clean hook looks better in a cheat 1080. And this is a high and clean hook kick. Ott is doing a hybrid crescent/ wheel, powerfull and high too, I like it a lot, but it doesn't achieve this feeling of the other one ....

and I know what "aesthetically pleasing " means...:tongue:

I'd say it's stupid to kick fast and with power, only because of the fact that you could hurt someone with it! If you want to kick powerfully, do it because it looks good. If you like the looks of a high floaty kick better, then it's stupid not to kick like that just because you can't kill stuff with it :tongue:

Well .. First of all .. This really isn't the best C10 I have done.. It's just a random one I putted in the sampler .. Still glad that alot of you like it !!

second. I don't have any XMA background, So i don't kick "right" I try my best to make them look as what I think is, as cool possible.

Oh and when it comes to what is a 'good' c10 I'd go with augenatic and say that it just have to look good, which in my opinion is done with a really high kick. What can also be a factor when it comes to the looks is if you can really 'see' the kick. The problem with really fast c10's is that the kick goes to fast to really appreciate.
