Hey y'all

I was just wondering, when you finish the cartwheel, do you think of it like a sideways roundoff? Or just land one foot at a time and then push it?

And could you give me some pointers and advice on the move itself? Cheers!

really fucking close man, i personally do the sideways round off, but really i focus on the splitting of my legs, so i get the same power, only it sorta illusions it as a cartwheel haha. dunno if that makes sense.

get your round off fulls better, so you can full like NOTHING then go for carts man.

I land on one foot at a time, but with only a short time between it. In the vid it looks like you lose power by punching the ground too much (don't know how to explain it better).

Just think of it as a very quick cartwheel where you stay sideways at the end instead of looking in the direction where you came from.

Also you should place your feet further apart from each other, and in general more infront of you. In some of your trys your upperbody is way infront of your feet on the takeoff and you kinda just fall into the trick.

Jump up!!!! I do one leg at a time. Just focus on jumping up more...not out.

Try and twist your torso upwards and into the sky. At the moment once you take of you torque yourself into the ground.

Yeh...just Jump up,and take the time to go up...Friend of me did it really slow and he acctually got more height than all the oter ones...
