Your arms hit the peak before you even jump, though there wasn't much of a jump.
You need to get your arms in sync with your jump, and you need to jump hard.
Then once you get that down, you'll just need to torque your body along with the kick.

keep your arms tucked in after you throw em up, that speeds you up 2x h

practice simple spinning in the air, and when you get used to it your 540's will go crazy. watch the first video in the spinning tutorial sticky. you can find it in the tips for tricks forum at the top.
do some of that, and do alot of one legged squats to get a higher jump, or just jump harder if you can.
after that, straighten out that kicking leg.

you setup looks very weak. i think its cuz your not torqing enough, soyea watch the spin tutorial.

i know mine is totally harsh. rockey, bumpy, uneven and hard. so i have to run 3 blocks to the nearest field, its great warm up!

.. im sorry but ur attempted kind of made me 'lol' haha but im trying not to be rude! it was sorta unexpected and it looked like u died! not that im trying to make fun of that :P
i can't say anything that probably hasn't already been said, i can get a gif of one of my 540s even though they're not perfect, i can give you some personal advice. i lift my left leg up there comlpetely STRAIGHT! i find it gets me more height!
