help please. any link to a tutorial or a couple tips would be great

edit: when i try em, i do a really high tornado kick, but i cant seem to get around for that second turn and kick.

i can land 540 gyros. so what youre saying is do 540 gyro then do another round kick at the end?

One question though, when i see people like emig and graham do 9 dub, they swing their leg rather than kick their leg like they would when doing 540 gyro.

oh yeah that depends on how you want it to look. sometimes it looks better other times its meh.

the way emig and graham do it they basically do a 540 then lift the leg last second.

it's kinda different to a 540gyro. i can't really do this move but 540gyros work quite well for me.

it definitely has to be the same SPEED as a 540gyro but what you're doing is a "tornado swing through" motion all in the air before the second kick. you gotta play around with the height of the first kick a lil. that can be annoying but just aim for both the kicks to be around shoulder level.

posting some attempts + 540gyros would help man :good:

yo haylon ! hope you good man.

one thing i noticed when people do 9 doubles is the first kick is thrown a bit past the target, which seems to help get enough rotation for a second big kick, good luck man :D

do a round kick .. cresents don't work as well for me.. but think more of it as a jacknife kinda.. just to get used to it.. thats how i personally do it.. i got up tornado.. but instead of round i used to do snap kick re-chamber.. torque..spot the round house/cresent.. the snap is just an easy 1st kick.. i switch it up with snap kick and round house.. but don't really kick up kick more across and up on a diagonal

i would think you need to throw your first kick the highest it can possibly go, and then the second will follow

hahah im afraid that is not how u do it. Throwing a high first kick kills ur momentum greatly. The height of the first kick must match up with the height of the second kick in order for it to not look retarded. So i suggest shoulder level is fine, head height is a no no

shaolin dk: cheat9dub is wat i would consider the easiest out of all the class E kicks

yeha it is. one of the more technical moves out there. alot more going on than just, "jump twist, flip then land."

nice ones ngswipe. i was trying this yesterday and i feel stupid because i can barely c9 haha but my c9double the kick comes out the same, like knee height haha.
