after u throw up ur kicking leg and push down to get the spin, slap your non kicking leg up to ur ass, then rechamber the kicking leg and get ready for the kick :P

After you jump, kick your left leg toward the ground and slap your right leg into your ass.

It's all about rhythm. Once you get the rhythm down, it will click and you'll kick ass :good:

this in theory is a good idea, however it does overcomplicate things somewhat, also trying to throw a knee instead will often result in making you lean back, which is often the easiest way to cheat the technique (you can kick higher if you lean back)

as you turn, you bring your head to your knee

niicceee niceeee, but if you wanna double pump you need to bend your right leg aswell, i feel like straight legs is much harder then double pump tho, thats only me tho. i think straight looks better, my opinion :D

Try pushing the kicking leg down more in the pump. It should feel like it sweeps underneath the non kicking leg...at least when I do them haha
