It's been about half a year since I even attempted double legs. The clip here shows my first ever double leg on the floor which was done last winter. Now I decided that problematic hips and a sore back won't stop me from getting good double legs on grass.

The second double leg was done about half an hour ago and I can already see some problems:

-Legs aren't straight(easily fixable)
-Take off not aggressive enough(easily fixable)
-Swinging my arms instead of elbowing through
-Legs not together

For some reason I can't get my legs together anymore. I tried many times today and I just can't get it. What do you do guys do to keep them as close as possible?

if you can keep your legs together at take-off its easier to have them together and keep them straight in the air

hmm well work that into your setup, and keep your back straight and punch up on your take-off

I think you're legs aren't together because you jump off of one leg at a time. Really focus on a smooth transition and like kimby said work into your setup. Hope that helps

haha man, your doubleleg is much better than before.
try to pause it right when you set off, you'll notice that you're actually doing it off one leg, as the leading one goes off before the trailing one.
i can't really doubleleg, but it would probably help if you drilled some pop 360s, focusing on going off both legs at one time, and then doing precisely the same, just with the double-leg technique. try it out and film the attempts!

edit: o shit didn't see the post above me haha. yes, ninjitsian is correctt
