Ya, so was just wondering where is the place for chin-ups, push-ups, dips and all that stuff as far as conditioning goes. Does it work well with a muscle mass programs or are the effects negated. Should it be seperate completely or is it good to do that stuff on the off days?? Someone said it increases muscle hypertrophy which I think means it increases fibre strength so surely thats good anytime?? anyone..?

Hypertrophy is where your muscles gain mass, and you can use those exercises to gain it but you may have to add weight, like a weighted vest or something to get a favorable amount of reps for hypertrophy.

We know what hypertrophy means. It's just magical how he thinks that lifting weights is any different than lifting your bodyweight.
