Try to get your feet under your body more when you land your backhandsprings.

Remember to bring both arms up and back, with equal force and let your eyes follow your hands.

You say to do: when i land with hands from backhandsprings, the legs must be closer to hands?

Try to straighten your legs out and follow your hands. Looking towards your hands when you start your backward rotation allows your body to arch more and take off straight. If you want to improve them also try getting your feet a little in front of your body after you snap down in the handspring. this will help you push back and create more momentum. Notice your head positioning, while not bad if you follow your hands it will help create a more smooth back handspring.

a lil tip is keeps you legs together the whole time. and just drillin bhs over time they will get better, faster and whippier and then multiple ones will come naturally

I like ankleweights... and try to block with your hands and shrug your shoulders, you shouldn't have to pike too much. Good luck.
