before you initiate the flip, you have to make sure that you take off with your legs fully stretched out!! What you're doing now is jumping and when you're leaving the ground, your legs are still a little bent. try jumping up straight and see when you will jump higher, with your legs bent or straight... :tongue:

imo i would tuck with your hands on the outside of your legs, it can make a tighter tuck, and you wont get your hands cought in your legs when doing combos, cuz that sucks.
also i would just drill like everyone said, it will help you. the floor your using is soft, so it makes it less scary, but really go for it on ground, you will get more hight cuz its easier to take of from a harder surface. go for grass, or a spring florr. either way.
looks nice otherwise, just work on the landing.
eventually you will get e feeling for the flip, feel the rotation and know exactly when to untuck for a perfect landing.
