Good setup so far, but.....


ARCH ARCH ARCH ARCH ARCH ARCH AAAAAARCH.

Practice arching the Flash Kicking, arch a loooot but also get hiiigh. Put yourself way up there but have a huge arch in your back and tilt back with your head. After that, you can do the exact same thing with Sideswipes then BAM neck high sideswipes are yours!

The funny thing is, I can`t actually arch lol. I need to see a chiropractor about my back/hips.

If I stand and lean back, I get a pain in my lower back/hips haha, it feels like bones connecting.

I try to arch loads and it doesn`t work.

:smile: thanks shen. I actually have about 6 sidswipes filmed on their own that are like the first one, I left them out for some reason haha, but yeah they are getting better!

My chest 9`s were insane that day, it felt like I was twisting at the speed of my doublefulls haha it was crazy.
