work gumbis...
BTW low raiz is usually done on the opposite side of your normal / high raiz...for most people anyways. [Anis, Jerm...and pretty much anyone else who does them haha]
Low raiz is basically an "overly inverted" aerial...

I have very good gumbis.I just have trouble with the low raiz
Well not good enough I guess...because a low raiz is a gumbi with no hands.

Exactly. Just work gumbis and carrythrough gumbis, then do it with one hand and then the other, and then just low raiz/aerial raiz! It's quite easy actually.
If you're doing it on your aerialing side (setting off with the leg you jump with in an aerial), it should be a piece of cake. Just think aerial when doing it, if you have it on that side.

Stop doing them like a side to side turning move, you need to dip your head in the direction you're traveling instead of turning it way over to the side, and you need to flip over towards that direction I say!
