I was focusing on losing fat and possibly trying to "tone up" i guess you could say, but i found it very hard to restrict myself from eating, got light headed through out the day and just fucking hungry.
My goal was to develop more noticeable abdominals, now im just saying fuck that.
My new thing is too eat a shit load, and i've created a new routine with alot heavier weights then before but doing no more then 9 reps [cause it's hard]
Could i still develop noticeable abdominals, or should i give up and just continue to take it through.

The only way you will acheive visable abs, is either to gain mass around the abdomen and/or lose bodyfat around the abdomen.
You will probably have to gain mass first, then lose bodyfat.

Haha, well at least he put it in quotes which gives me the idea that he knows everyone hates that phrase!

Eat as much as you want as long as it's very healthy (which is usually very boring so you don't want to eat too much anyway), exercise shitloads, win

Were you just eating less of what you usually eat? Is what you normally eat healthy?

what i normally eat is healthy, i try to stay away from processed foods and so called unnecessary stuff [ cheesecake, chocolate all that shit food ]
And ya i put tone in " " cause i know its not the best way to describe it, but it was late night and had no other word to think of:tongue:

If you were getting light headed you probably either dropped your calories too low or forgot to drink or something. Most people need to eat more even when cutting as they don't know how much/little they are getting.
