so i'm planning on bulking up as much as possible in august before school starts. i'm trying to completly change my current look, now my question is how much does it hurt/benifit tricking and flexibility. if i continue to trick as normal will it not change at all?

I imagine it would vary. Juji bulked up and said that it hurt his tricking.

but seriously, I wouldn't work too much about it. as long as you keep tricking it should have no effect.

unless you plan on gaining lots of weight while doing absolutely no tricking, then it may take a bit of time to get used to your new mass.

nah i plan to continually trick, i'd be working out in the day, tricking at night/bboy practice/tkd. then stick in eating a fuckton. so i dont plan on stopping excersise or anything.

alex: i have no intentions of being that fucking big.

Well aren't you a busy boy.

One side effect of lifting while doing that stuff is you'll be even more tired than you probably already are and you won't benefit all that much if you don't get your rest...

i expected that...i tend to have good cardio/energy so hopefully it will come to good use.

Work out early and your power will be gone for when it matters.

i dont think you will see any visible differences in that short period of time, bulking needs alot more time

gyms only open 9-5

gymnastics gyms and tkd is around 7 and after

workout gym takes priority due to the time.

you can pump and trick on the same day, just as long as you take an adequate break in between

some of my better tricking sessions have been on days in which I lifted in the morning.
