I don't think so, but I never really understand the difference...

Feilong = Hook/Crescent, Crescent/Round, Crescent/Crescent.
Feilong Cross = Hook/Round.
Feilong Cross is muuch harder than a regular Feilong.

a regular feilong is an outer crescent followed by an inner crescent kick
feilong cross is a hook kick followed by a round kick. hard to do well.
