Sailor moon : is it a raiz except you touch the ground with your hand between the setup and the launch ? (not a touchdown raiz where your hand touches the ground upon landing)
If not what is it ?

right, touch the first hand down. This is also called "push raiz" or sometimes "one-hand raiz" which is good because the name "Sailor moon" is retarded. Also sometimes people use "1hand raiz" for touchdown raiz so be careful to clarify!
