I was Tricking yesterday, and there was about 10 12 year olds playing football (Soccer for all you Americans). So I was just doing some kicks really, nothing very good. Mainly practicing b-kicks, hyper 360s etc. So I sit down and take a drink of water and I hear one of these kids say "The gymnast is drinking water!". I was like ... lol ... At first I thought it was weird that he would comment on me doing something so simple haha. Then I realized he called me a gymnast. I didn't do any flips at all. I did a few b-twists, but that was the only thing that came remotely close to Gymnastics. I make too many threads like this haha.

I think becasue people don't know what it is they just relate it to the closest thing they can think of. But then again surely he should have said ''the martial artisit is drinking water'' :smile:

hahah, Sweet thread, Fuck people are hopeless. Its sad they are now naming people who are drilling there kicks outside, "Gymnasts".
I didn't realize gymnasts do kicks and anything besides drinking water out of a gymnasium.

I dunno about 15/16.
I was drilling a new style of btwists and these little kids came up after saying HOW DO YOU DO THAT SPINNY BALLET THING!!!
I thought it was funny and said you have to train your ballet for 12 years to do it and they said to their friends " HE SAID IT TAKES 12 YEARS TO LEARN". Then some of them tried it and it was lolz.
They then said "Are you good at breakdancing"?
To which I replied yeah! Actually me and jack just got back from the world breakdancing championships, we won!
Then later on we were drilling different flips into a sandpit and they made a line and did mexican waves and yelled "oooooooooooooooooooooOOOOOOOOOOWHOAAA!!!!" in the lead up to our tricks. Hahahhaa it was hilarious and really annoying at the same time.

The other day I was tricking, and this little indian boy wouldn`t leave me the fuck alone, and kept goinglike "yeah wen people try to deck me in school I do this move *does one* then this one*does the same one* and sometimes I go like WHOAAAAH *does same one*.
Blah blah he does on about kung-fu panda and repeats his little thing.
My camera battery was really low so I wanted to get my tricks filmed quick, so evrey time I go to do one, he trys to get in the camera shot to do his shit thing, so every time i`m like hey could you move over there a bit and I do one, then he does one.
So it repeats, I do a trick, then he does one, then I tell him to move etc... then my cam cuts out and does go on.
Just as I start getting my sideswipes good the cam cuts out cause of this little cunt in my way.
UGH haha.

I Remember a few different things i have done with little kids.
At the beach once i got about 10 of them laying down and double leg'd them. Its funny just hearing a bunch of little kids scream deep from the pits of there soul as i travel over them at 100km an hour.
And another time i had a photographer at a concert taking pics and of course i had the little high school emo's and girls and shit come up that was ok, whiping out there cell phones to film a b-twist, or a Webster>R/o>Flash. Then i had these real irritating kids follow me around. They eventually wanted me to R/o Flash over them. So they laid down and i told them you all have to stay Very very still or you will die... That simple.
Anyway the kid closest to me kept sitting up i had a go at him to sit still and he didnt, So as i ran at him i made my r/o landing as close and i could, and of course the cunt moved. My foot Smashed his hand as i punched the ground of my R/o, I continued my Flash just giggling in the air hoping he learnt his lesson.
Well after that he didn't act like the little prick he was being.
(oh and the kid being an ass wasn't like a little fellow just an immature 16 y/o i guess, so don't think i go deliberately hurting 6 year olds lol)

haha i was in the park and some japeneese torists started taking photos of me it i just did some frontflips and double legs and stuff but it was amusing as they had like pro cameras and i was doing shit tricks lol

Well atleast people in Norway seem to have some sort of interest in it, most people came by and ask what we are doing but you also wave pricks(chavs/wiggers/wangstars etc.) shouting out " Do that spin thing again *finger movements*
But overall most people seem interested^^ at least that's my experience

I did a 540 "almost gyro" once and these dudes driving by slowed down in their car (and thus, traffic) yelling at me to "do that again".
I do like a hyper cheat 900 and all I hear people calling is "do a backflip". Also yesterday I was tricking and some 13 year old girl came up, did a backflip then walked off I was like ah shit. Everytime I trick someone asks me afterwards, "what martial art is that"

I was with a buddy of mine in the skatepark in our town, he was filming me for my sampler, and i was filming him for a skate vid. I busted out some frontflips and backflips over/off of some of the stuff they have there and i drew some attention. Then i did a round-off back-half and they kept trying to describe what i was doing in skating terms, one guy was like "he just did like, a tre flip with his body!"

Strange I haven't always had the sharpest kicks in the land, but even when I was doing crappy failing 720s one day at school some kid was like "that was awesome karate man" aha.
Or the gymnastic coaches at my gym or people who see me doing tricks or whatever elsewhere are always like "oh man its crazy how you can spin twice in the air and then kick thats awesome" etc etc, although spinning twice is an exaggeration of course.
I'd say the one that takes the cake is one day when I was taking an especial point to practice Cheat 900s, I take a small break and I'm looking around and I see this KID, and this kid is just running around the gym jumping and kick and he just kept kicking up just bam bam BAM over and over all over the floor ahahah I was like GOO LITTLE MAN GOOO!
