I went back to TKD for the first time in over two years yesterday since quitting after getting my red belt. They decided to put me on demo team and are making me do a demo on Saturday. X]

I have to break 2 boards about 2 feet above head height with a hyper 360 (thank god I've been stretching) and I have to do a tricking combo, along with a form I'm learning today.

I've never performed in front of people so I'm a little nervous, haha. Anyone have experience with these? What are some easy combos you can do that impress TKD fans?

I was thinking something like hyper360>540c>540>aerial>frontflip

I'll get some friends to take a video because the school I go to is actually pretty decent, and not a McDojo.

edit: Just remembered TKD_Andy's video of him hyper3ing a paddle.

That's about the height that mine is. I hope I can do it half as clean. X]

basically...
if your up in front of a crowd you can feel the energy, then your adrenaline gets pumping and you do great. just make sure you can feed off of the energy and dont get stage fright.
