yeah it's really really hard to go to the gym a few times a week

Yeah lifting 3 times a week is really busy and takes up my schedule :wink:
I know I can't spare 3 hours a week on doing something physical.

Luckily, I'm gonna try squatting again for the first time in forever tomorrow.
