Here's a very small training update... not much, but I guess worth sharing.

362 lbs Deadlift @ 128.0 lbs bodyweight (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1YFagg7eNg)

22 lbs from triple bodyweight...

Did not use straps, but I have found that using them does not affect my grip strength to the extremity that everyone always claims because I've done the same weight with them on. I just think they are a luxory for not tearing up my (girly) hands.

Uh... but yeah, might have more videos throughout the week (can't promise anything though).

P.S.
Yeah, I cut my hair maybe 4-5 weeks ago... it's getting much longer already, but man is it easy to maintain. :juji:

I'm wondering if anyone's ever hit those mirrors on the side while dropping a weight. Also I love how the music stops as you drop the weight.

Other than that, I'm so jealous lol my max deadlift is lower by like 50 lbs straps vs no straps (only used them once, but I've never deadlifted as much without them), and then another 50 mixed grip vs overhand grip. XD

Heh, yeah. That piece of shit amp and cord always gives out when I drop weight, so I have to keep messing with the cord to get it to play again! :dead:

Thankfully not yet, but damn have I been close! That would suck major balls because that big mirror cost me 50 bucks at home depot! :wicked:

Awesome lift, I wish I had enough room for a setup like that at home.
