What is easier to you and why?
I can't do either, but I can tell you most people will say Axe - Webster.

I can imagine that it's an axe2webster, but I really have no idea. :agony:

Oh good. I was hoping for this answer :) I should really have treid it the other day but I just tried standing fronts instead. I can nearly land them, but I can't get the rotation (Just the height). I will try these as soon as my nearly-sprained-ankle feels up for it, it's a little tender right now :(

Just make sure you swing the leg behind you hard and as high as you can, and it should just carry you round without too much trouble.

I learned these more or less at the same time.
I'd say standing front flips are easier personally, simply because you can use power -> technique haha.
Once you get really good, i imagine axe-websters are alot easier because you can just use the technique.

I can standing front, but can't axe-webster yet. In fact...I can't webster at all...but I can loser, so I'm close. I'd say standing front is easier just due to ease of tucking from it.

well i never did understand the axe to trick thing, maybe I'll go out and try some today, but I've landed more standing fronts than axe to websters.
i do some fairly nice axe-websters but i can also do standing fronts, my standing fronts i must say i land better BUT!! my axe webster i land cleaner if that makes sense......meaning i land higher but slightly off balance with standing fronts and i land clean but a little low on axe-websters.

Standing front was the first kind of move I ever learned and I landed on my neck when I tried an axe to webster, I am safely going to say I think standing fronts are easier for me.
However, I got no height and a shit landing, I used rotational power over any form of technique, I imagine both using proper technique an axe to webster would be more effortless.

after trying both. Avetowebster is by far the easiest. Just swing the leg down and through real fucking hard and lift up with your shoulders. Well that's pretty much all i think of any way haha

Yea, nice one :) I figured I might find axe2 easier because I have good height on fronts but poor rotation, I should have less height but more rotation with such a setup, evening things out.

you technically cheat rotation when doing axe websters if you're flexible.
i mean you can be in a horizontal position before your take off leg even leaves the ground..
half the people that do it, barely tuck, some are like completely laid out too, not only that but morgan can do axe front walk over (or a really stylish webster) like nothing..

I can do an Axe-Webster any day but I have yet to land a standing front. I guess it depends where your strengths lie. My legs are pretty strong and used to Aerials and Cartwheels and such so my Axe kick can generate a lot of power to throw me over I guess. My front tucking technique has some to be desired of it, but I can't say for sure, haven't really tried front tuck but judging by how hard it is to do a running one, I doubt I'd make a clean landing if any.

Everyone is going to have their own opinion, that's like asking what's easier a back hand spring or a back tuck? Some people prefer jumping and flipping and not worrying about putting their hands down, and some prefer using their hands. Standing Front Tucks, is more timing and technique, as for Axe to Webster, you have your momentum from your axe kick to speed up your rotation, and it's more of a "just chuck it move". Still requires technique don't get me wrong.
And just to let you all know, new sampler coming soon :]
For me standing front.
I can axe-webster, but i land it on bent legs=(
Dammit, does anyone here land Axe-Websters straight up???

They both require a lot of power, I'd say that its easier to learn standing fronts but eventually standing axe 2 front becomes easier when ur good at it

frontflips are damn hard... i can webster, axe 2 webster, standing webster, and reverse webster and they are all the easiest tricks for me (after the aerial ofcourse)
