Ok so I am 150lbs pretty muss(Sorry I cant post pic as of now) I havent done any weight lifting in a year but Ive stayed in shape from body weight exercises and just 15 pound dumbels that I have and Im at a height of 5 Feet 7 Inches.
Here are my maxes I havent really ever gotten into lifting in the first place but Im starting up into it really heavilly and I wonder what you guys think of these beggining maxes:
Bench 205lbs
Incline 185lbs.
Curl 35lbs.
Deadlift 150lbs.
Squat 215lbs. is the last time I tried it about 2 months ago I have only had a chance so far for this weight set my friend has.

And your question is?
SHIT The most important part of the thread left out due to a lost train of thought.
"Is this a good start?"

Good start for what? Everyone's different. Just keep at it and the strength increases will come. If it's good or not depends on several factors but it doesn't really matter since your maxes aren't gonna change unless you work at them.
Good luck!

Thanks I was just trying to get opinions for experienced people.
I am aware about genetics and how everyones Skeletal muscle is structured differently but I was just checking to see how I was doing and word from the mouths of others helps to motivate.

Don't worry about curl maxes because bicep curls have no practical use for anything :bandit:. Focus on the compound lifts and train hard. If you use correct technique and work hard, you'll be increasing those lifts before you even know it :good:

I was like "UH I hope this is an ok Max" because I dont Curl that often and I dont see many talk about that.
The most pratical lift I see is the Deadlift.
It helps around the house having a good.

Again, everyone is different. There's really no opinion to give seeing as all people start from different backgrounds and conditions.

Genetics are only important on elite levels. You can go very far with "shitty genetics" aslong as you keep everything in check.
Stay with it and it'll come!

Ok so I am 150lbs pretty muss Haha, sorry.
Bench 205lbs
Not bad
Incline 185lbs.
Not bad
Curl 35lbs.
Don't know. Not really a lift where people record maxes.
Deadlift 150lbs.
Surprisingly low compared to your bench and squat.
Squat 215lbs.
Would usually be significantly heavier than your bench press, for most people.
Numbers are irrelevant though. So long as you see constant progress.

My squat and deadlift maxes are 250 lbs at the moment. If I go any higher too quickly my back would be crippled . But your bench is a lot higher because mine's only 150-160 due to lack of training :punched:
Your lifts are all shit, but that is to be expected from a typical civilian I suppose

Yes this is true.
Poor Diet
Lazyness
If you have a poor diet and laziness then it is probably good considering your weight (although your deadlift is piss)

Ahaha i'm scared of the deadlift, even though im only lifting like 210lbs, im scared of putting my back out xD
I like squats though, nearly at 300lbs (Dont laugh! xD)
Injuring backs is for old cunts haha, how can you injure yourself lifting a bar properly?
"Careful, don't hurt your back" - my dad when I picked up a 70 lb battery out of the back of a car with one arm

The only place I have ever deadlifted had only 40's and thats all that they would alow on there because it was the school gym so Im just using what I have expeireinced with the Deadlift. The local gym doesnt have a Deadlift.

There is not place to Deadlift no room and no extra bars or bar clamps.
Its just a fucking YMCA the weight room is tiny to make room for the treadmills for old people.
