I want to do a full body workout, ive heard a good routine is

monday: biceps,back
wednesday: triceps chest

my goals are to produce lean strong muscle.
Is this a good start or is a week for each muslce to recover to much

should i do upper body monday lower body tuesday etc?

Usually a full body workout is when you train your entire body in one session. What you have posted is generally referred to as a split routine, because you are splitting up muscle groups over different workouts.
I would suggest you start by researching what has already been recommended. Keep it simple and focus on a few large compound exercises, making sure you target all major muscle groups (but not necessarily on the same day).
