Hey,
well the thing is that I don't really know where to start with the fat burning process. I am tricking alot, can do simple stuff; aerials, b-twists, backflips, roundoff-backflips, etc. But I feel really really heavy and I get tired fast...
But i weigh over 84 Kg, which is alot. I don't even have alot of muscles, just unnecessary fat round my legs/*ss/abs. I dont know how to burn it down fast and efficiently! The muscles ought to show themselves throughout time...
