A twist or B-twist?

That's a bad b-twist... you need to kick your first leg up higher (like in a bkick) to get more horizontal.

If you wanted to a-twist, your first leg would need to come up vertically over your head (like an aerial) and then twist like you are doing.

Either way, you will have a good btwist and a good atwist if you drill them and keep the distinction between the two in mind. :good:
