im curious how much protein your body can process at one time

yesterday i ate a beastly omelet, it contained

2 eggs
can of tuna
quarter of an avacado (it was kind of big)
2 slices of cheese

came out to around 45g of protein. im out of protein powder so I've been trying get more from regular food, but its hard to eat cleanly without ridiculous amounts of carbs. i dont actually know if it does any good to eat that much at once though

One time I ate 3 cans of tuna consecutively just to see if anything weird would happen, nothing really weird happened.

one can of tuna(at least the kind I get) is 16 grams of protein per serving, one can is 2.5 servings, so three cans is about 120 grams of protein, eaten in one sitting lolol
