Is there any difference in nutritional value between a cooked egg vs a fried egg?

yes.

I boil everything.. mostly because I dont want to ruin the food, or use fat oils and shit. I even boil chicken.

if you are thinking about the amounts of minerals and vitamins etc it's all about how much heat you use to prepare them, the more heat the more loss of "healthy" stuff...

hi how u?

Thanks guys, I was just thinking more protein/carb/fat changes...How about if I fry them in olive oil, instead of some butter shit?

But yeah I was just asking, because I like fried eggs more, but I get quicker stuffed with boiled eggs.

never eaten a boiled egg, i just scramble em up and add some cheese and this ground up nut stuff that has rediculous amounts of protein in it.

Or i fry them over easy, put em on an english muffin with a slice of provalone, and a few pieces of steack leftovers or roast beef or something. MMMMMMMMM TASTY!

I like them scrambled for some reason. I just always have room for scrambled eggs but not for a whole egg. :eh:

I head aslong as they're cooked, it should be alright.
But i boil my eggs, i like them more that way.
And if someones really fussy and won't eat egg yolks, its really easy to seperate the yolk from the white when the eggs boiled :D

The thing I like about eggs is how versatile they are. Even if there is a huge difference in the nutritional value between various cooking methods, I would still change it up a bit so I don't get sick of em. After all, variety is the spice of life.

My pan is super non-stick, so i don't even have to put oil haha. If i bother to though, i use smart balance light butter or a bit of olive oil.
