hey guys
one day i was doing tricks and i landed on my ankle funny and it hurt a lot, i jst let the pain fade away ( took about 2-3 mins ) and kept tricking on it. over the past few tricks sessions its become more and more sensitive. every time i land on it funny is hurts a shitload, but i just wait like 2 - 3 mins and the pain fades away and i keep tricking. i know i shouldn't have been tricking on it etc.
i have decided to give myself a break from tricking (usually train once a week) but am not having to much success as i just got a new big trampoline:tongue:
the pain is on the front on the ankle, it doesn't hurt when i move it side to side, up and down or when i walk at all. it just hurts when i land on it funny
does anyone know how long this will take to heal 100% or if there is any way i can speed up the healing process?
help is much appreciated :D
